1. Acceptance and service scope
By registering, purchasing a voucher, signing in to a hotspot or otherwise using BLUEBANDO WiFi, you agree to the terms applicable to your use. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the service.
BLUEBANDO is a management platform used by TEKISOFT COMPANY LIMITED and potentially by independent hotspot operators. The operator providing a specific connection may have additional terms.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You must give accurate information where requested, protect login details, and use your account and vouchers only as permitted by the applicable plan or operator. Sharing or reselling credentials without authorization is prohibited.
Business tenants and agents are responsible for permissions granted to their staff and for activity performed through their authorized accounts.
3. Vouchers, plans and connectivity
Voucher duration, speed, data limits, number of devices and validity rules are those shown for the selected plan at purchase or issuance. Activation may require successful payment and technical synchronization with the hotspot router.
Coverage, throughput and availability depend on network conditions, connected users, wireless interference, internet providers and equipment. Continuous connectivity or a particular speed is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
4. Fees, commissions and transparent pricing
Applicable package prices, subscription fees, online/offline commissions, agent commissions, SMS charges, withdrawal or transaction/provider fees, add-on charges and taxes should be disclosed before the relevant transaction or as agreed in a tenant-specific fee schedule.
Different tenants may have different percentage or fixed-fee arrangements. Where displayed, the transaction record should distinguish gross amount, provider fees, platform commission and net proceeds; historical applied rates should not silently change. No universal commission percentage is stated by these public terms.
5. Payments, settlements and withdrawals
Payments may be processed by third-party gateways or mobile-money providers. A payment request is not final until it is confirmed according to the configured integration. Reversals, disputes and refunds are handled under the applicable provider, operator and contract conditions.
Tenant wallets, agent commissions, deductions, settlements and withdrawals are subject to the agreed rules, account verification and any disclosed processing charges. Unverified payments must not be treated as settled proceeds.
6. Agents and voucher inventory
Agents may receive allocated voucher stock and may be entitled to percentage or fixed commission according to their recorded agreement. Sales and commissions are recognized under the applicable recording and reconciliation process.
The assignment of a voucher or detection of internet usage does not itself prove that an agent has physically collected cash. Any cash handover or remittance obligation must be determined by supported records and the agent arrangement.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access, credential theft, phishing, malware delivery, fraud and other unlawful activity.
- Interference with other networks, routers, hotspot systems or users.
- Misuse of vouchers, payment reversals, excessive abuse of shared network resources or circumvention of service restrictions.
- Uploading or distributing content in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Service changes and maintenance
We or the relevant hotspot operator may perform maintenance, make reasonable changes or temporarily restrict service to address security, abuse or operational problems. Material commercial changes should be communicated in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
9. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or ended for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, payment disputes, security threats or lawful requirements. Tenant account suspension, data access and final settlement follow the applicable contract and legal obligations.
10. Privacy and records
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Network and transaction records may be retained as necessary for provision of service, security, accounting and legal compliance.
11. Responsibility and applicable law
Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful acts and responsibilities under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes should first be raised through official support or the applicable operator and then handled under the relevant contract and law.
12. Contact and changes to terms
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. For billing, privacy, voucher or account concerns, contact BLUEBANDO or the relevant network operator using their officially published channels.
For questions about these policies, use the official BLUEBANDO or TEKISOFT COMPANY LIMITED support channels. Additional terms of an individual hotspot operator may also apply.
